Bowling Green

On Tuesday night we traveled to Bowling Green to play the Purples who had a record of 14-3 going into the game. We played very poorly and lost 72-59. It was only the second time all year we gave up over 60 points (77 to Seneca in double overtime). It was a bad offensive and defensive game for us.

The difference in the game was Bowling Green's outside shooting and our inability to keep them out of the lane. The only bright spots for our team was the return of Wes Smith and we also found our free throw stroke again by making 16-21, led by Bennett Skaggs' 5-5 from the line.

Aaron Deviney was chosen Player of the Game for his 14 points and 6 rebounds. Travis Johnston led the team with 17 points, 5 assists and 4 steals.

Scoring:
Travis Johnston-17
Aaron Deviney-14
Bennett Skaggs-9
Wes Smith-7
Tyler Saltsman-5
Hunter Gary-4
Seth Bratcher-2
Lance Buckler-1
